Cruceros Australis S.A. promotes and sells ship tickets for the Expedition Cruisers M/N Mare Australis and M/N Via Australis, of the Cruising Companies, Transportes Marítimos Terra Australis S.A. and Transportes Marítimos Via Australis S.A. that sail the Magellan Strait and Beagle Channel, exploring one of the most beautiful and unexplored regions of the world such as Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego. Operating tour cruisers in the Chilean-Argentinean Patagonia, we offer 3 or 4 night programs from October to April every year, having over 15 years’ experience.

Antarctic Shipping S.A. was created in 2002 by a group of former naval officers with the goal of using the former Piloto Pardo
ship/vessel for tourism trips to the Antarctic Peninsula. Well known by one of the board members and, renowned for its longtime service at the Chilean Navy, the ship was purchased with the aim of revamping it into an expedition cruise ship for passengers in search of an unforgettable experience. In 2003, 4 major investors joined the company bringing both Chilean and American capital, all of them major players in the real estate, agro-industry , telecommunications and communications markets.
